Making Orgonite
The making of Orgonite may seem simple to those that have never tried. After all the base ingredients of Orgonite are resin, metals and quartz crystal. Seeing the sheer level of craftsmanship that goes in to producing Orgonite here at African Goddess Creations however, this could not be further from the truth.
We are so often asked why our Orgonite products are not cheaper; allow me to point out some of the reasons based on our Orgonite production as to why this question is not only annoying but also mildly disrespectful to the Orgonite Art that is being created.
The actual elements of Making Orgonite
Elements such as the various crystal used need to be smashed from raw form to fit into the pieces, the SBB (Saint Buster Button) copper coils used in some items such as the Pyramids or Tower Busters need to be made up, the Orgonite seed of life are all set into their own moulds before being used and metals for the design such as the small metal tubes for the Orgonite charging plates need to be added before resin dries.

At African Goddess Creations our intention is to make aesthetically beautiful Orgonite, there is a keen attention to detail in absolutely every Orgonite piece we produce. May it be for our extensive standardised range of Orgonite for personal protection, Orgonite for Food and Water, Orgonite for home and garden protection or our more specialised products such as Orgonite for device protection, Orgonite Divination Tools or our custom Orgonite.
It is important to note than when creating Orgonite everything goes into the mould upside down, all elements are added to the mould in a minimum of two pours of resin, depending on the complexity of the item sometimes up to four or five pours.

Orgonite Post Production
Once the Orgonite is removed from the mould, a series of six grains of sandpaper are used to finish the Orgonite off, the item is then still polished to perfection using an industrial polisher.
For the personal protection items the Orgonite is then fitted with chords and clasps and for the larger necklaces and bracelets Macramé is made up.
The final stage is then of course packaging, except for the more bespoke Orgonite which needs to be photographed, and added to the website.
When one finds oneself asking: “Why is this Orgonite not cheaper?” It is important to remember the amount of effort and intention that goes into creating functional and beautiful Orgonite.
